Key Requirements
Bidders must possess Government Security Clearance and authorized access to classified documents (DD Form 254) as some drawings (5808346, 5808344) are Confidential. Quality Assurance & Testing
The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, maintaining an inspection/quality system compliant with MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001/9002. Initial testing costs are covered by the Government, but retesting is at the contractor's expense. Samples for Production Lot Testing must be shipped to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia. A Certificate of Conformance (COC) or Certificate of Acceptance (COA) with traceability is required for each SHT material.
