The vendor is responsible for all subsistence, supplies (disposable plates, napkins, cups, utensils), and labor. Additionally, the vendor must restore the dining facility to its original condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and manage trash collection and disposal. A sample menu must be submitted with the quote, detailing portion sizes and food types.

Evaluation

Additional Notes
The government will provide the facility for serving meals at the Pierre Armory, 3440 E SD HWY 34, Pierre SD, 57501 (service location to be confirmed upon award). A Point of Contact (POC) will coordinate serving times and expected troop numbers approximately one week in advance.
