Quick Summary
The General Services Administration (GSA) is announcing the Spring 2026 Open Season for its Light Vehicles Program under Solicitation 47QMCA21R0008. This opportunity allows existing contractors to provide new model year (NMY) information on awarded line items and for new offerors to propose new models, including Sedans, Light Trucks, and SUVs. All proposed models must comply with applicable FY26 Federal Vehicle Standards and purchase descriptions.
Scope of Work
Offerors are invited to propose new model year information for currently awarded line items or introduce entirely new models under the Light Vehicles Program. This includes a wide range of vehicles such as sedans, light trucks, and SUVs. Compliance with the latest FY26 Federal Vehicle Standards and GSAFleet.gov purchase descriptions is mandatory for all submissions.
Contract Details
This is an Open Season under the existing Solicitation 47QMCA21R0008, which covers 2022 Light Vehicles. The program is transitioning from AutoBid/AutoChoice to the new GSAFleet.gov platform for all bid/proposal and contract administration activities. The overall contracts under this program are anticipated to conclude in November 2026, with a recompete expected in 2027. Statutory Price Limitations (SPL) for sedans and passenger vans/station wagons are expected to apply, consistent with previous fiscal years (e.g., FY25 SPLs were $40,000 for sedans and $41,140 for passenger vans/station wagons).
