Description: The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) of Pittsfield, Massachusetts as a follow-on to contract number N00030-23-C-1024. This requirement calls for managing and performing capital maintenance of equipment and facilities at the Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant (NIROP) located in Pittsfield, MA in support of the Trident II Strategic Weapons System Fire Control System program.
An Award Notice will be publicized, when applicable, along with the supporting Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.301, 5.303, and 6.305 under separate notice.
