The document requests detailed responses in four parts:

• Part 1: Company Profile & Administrative Information: Requires basic organizational details, contact information, unique identifiers (DUNS, CAGE), web presence, socio-economic status, foreign ownership details, and manufacturer status.
• Part 2: Business Practices & Data Rights: Asks for information on proprietary data statements, warranty information, and commercial sales history to assess marketability.
• Part 3: Subcontracting & Acquisition Strategy Considerations: Specifically targets small businesses regarding their interest in a prime contractor role and asks for feedback on potential subcontracting opportunities. It also inquires about small business utilization if the acquisition is not set aside.
• Part 4: Technical Capability Survey: Seeks detailed responses on facility and organizational structure, past performance on similar projects (including contract details, descriptions, agencies supported, and customer POCs), any barriers to providing the product/service, and information on pricing and terms for both government and commercial entities.

This document is crucial for potential bidders to understand the Air Force's preliminary thinking regarding the 2026 Air Force Marathon requirement. Responding to this RFI allows companies to:

• Demonstrate their capabilities and interest.
• Influence the government's acquisition strategy, including potential set-aside decisions.
• Provide essential information that may be used in future solicitations.
• Highlight their suitability for potential prime or subcontracting roles.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the requirements for race week support for the 2026 Air Force Marathon, including the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1K events, scheduled from September 13-20, 2026.

Contractors will provide support in the following areas:

• Portable Water Tanks: Provide 55 portable water tanks (minimum 125 gallons each) for 23 hydration stations and two 5K stations. Tanks must be filled with potable water by a licensed contractor and equipped with food-grade hoses. Some stations require speed fitting valves for 10-gallon coolers.
• Fencing: Provide 19,000 linear feet of steel fence panels (approx. 4'x10') for various locations including the National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright State University, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Delivery and setup occur on two different timeframes before and during the event. Removal is required by the Sunday following the event.
• Golf Carts/UTVs: Provide various golf carts and UTVs, including ambulance style, four-passenger, six-passenger, and flatbed models, along with one UTV with a flatbed and towing capabilities, and one 7k Telehandler. Equipment must be delivered charged or gassed to specified locations and picked up the Monday after the event.
• Light-carts, Generators and Material Handling Equipment: Provide 45 light tower carts, 17 3KW generators, one S-250 SkidSteer Bobcat, two 5000 LB forklifts, and one Telehandler. Equipment must be delivered fueled and ready for use, with pickup scheduled for the Monday after the event.
• Audio/Visual: Provide and operate a high-quality audio and video system for the start and finish lines of the Marathon and 5K events. This includes audio coverage for five zones, video screens, and a minimum of six camera positions. Equipment must be professional grade.
• Logistics Operations Support: Provide 19 logistics personnel to manage various sectors, including course setup, finish line operations, incident command, and clean-up. Duties include assisting with setup of various event elements, overseeing parking, managing volunteers, and ensuring proper clean-up of event sites.

The contract includes one base year and four one-year option years, encompassing the 2026 Marathon through the 2030 Marathon.

• All equipment must be professional grade; consumer-grade equipment is not acceptable.
• Contractors must adhere to OSHA regulations.
• Vendors must provide a point of contact (POC) for communication.
• Costs for transportation and lodging must be included in the vendor's estimate.
• The government estimates an attendance of 30K for both events.
