  • Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW): Opportunities in SETA, DCO, Electromagnetic Spectrum Systems (MEMSS), Tactical Space Superiority, Electronic Warfare, and Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP).
  • Command & Control Infrastructure Network (CPE C2IN): Focus on Data-Driven Warfighting Integration, C2I Product Support, NGC2 Engineering, Transport Sustainment, Integrated Virtual Mission Enclave Hub, and Enterprise Network Modernization.
  • Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM): Forecasts for Worldwide Field Support (C5ISR, estimated $400M-$600M) and Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Capability Support.

Engagement & Resources

Industry partners were invited to provide feedback on preferred contract opportunities via surveys, which closed on March 20, 2025. The APBI is an unclassified event open to all interested contractors, including large and small businesses, academia, and government stakeholders.
