The expo's primary purpose is to foster close partnership and collaboration with the Army’s industrial base, supporting the Army's continuous transformation and acquisition reform efforts. It will offer insights into the C5ISR Center’s core competencies and aid industry in identifying optimal IR&D investments. The event will utilize a dual approach:
- Day One: Panels and slide presentations detailing key S&T efforts and investment/technology thrust areas.
- Day Two: A symposium-style format with booths representing various technology areas to facilitate direct dialogue and collaboration.
Participation & Access
- Audience: The event is open to active and prospective industry partners; media will not be invited.
- Registration: Opens Monday, June 15, 2026, at 0900. Each business entity (per CAGE Code) may register up to five representatives. Registration is online via https://c5isrcenter.devcom.army.mil/c5isr-expo-2026/. No on-site registration or substitutions will be permitted after August 17, 2026, at 1700.
- Technology Areas: Draft listings of technology areas will be posted as controlled attachments on SAM.gov. Access requires Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification (DD Form 2345).
- Security Requirements: Attendees must be U.S. citizens. Participation in classified sessions requires a favorable completion and adjudication of at least a Tier 3 Personnel Security Investigation.
- Access Verification (Deadline: August 17, 2026, 1700 EST):
- Submit a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) through DISS to SMO W4G8AA7 (required for classified sessions).
- OR submit proof of U.S. Citizenship (e.g., passport, birth certificate) electronically to usarmy.apg.devcom-c5isr.list.badges-access-incoming-visit-reqs@army.mil, referencing "Industry Expo Verification" in the subject line.
