- Infrastructure: Tenting (approx. 4,330 m²), a 10m x 5m x 1m base stage (with optional expansion), a 650 m² dance floor, and seating for approximately 650 guests, plus lounge furniture.
- Catering: 8 varieties of passed hors d'oeuvres, 2 main course options, accommodation for dietary restrictions, and drink service for all guests with minimal wait times.

Contract Details

Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is an unrestricted acquisition. Offerors must:
- Be able to understand written and spoken English.
- Have an established business in Peru for at least 5 years with a permanent address, RUC, and landline.
- Possess all required Peruvian local licenses, permits, and insurance.
- Ensure all personnel working on U.S. government facilities are Peruvian nationals.
- Have no adverse criminal record or affiliations contrary to U.S. interests.
