Scope of Work

  • Event Execution: July 1, 2026, from 1830 to 2230 hours.

Contract Details

This procurement will result in one or more Purchase Orders (PO). Payment terms are Net 30 days upon satisfactory receipt of goods and invoice.

Eligibility & Set-Aside

This is an unrestricted acquisition. Offerors must:

  • Be able to understand written and spoken English.
  • Have an established business in Peru for at least 5 years with a permanent address, RUC, and landline.
  • Possess all required Peruvian local licenses, permits, and insurance.
  • Ensure all personnel working on U.S. government facilities are Peruvian nationals.
  • Have no adverse criminal record or affiliations contrary to U.S. interests.
