Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary for the pumping of vault-type toilets and holding tanks at Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Coeur d’Alene Field Office recreation sites.

• Pumping of vault toilets and holding tanks.

• Removal and disposal of all wastewater (excreta) in state-permitted disposal areas, adhering to all federal and state regulations.
