Scope of Work
The selected contractor will operate a Juice Bar cafe, offering a diverse menu that includes specialty sports drinks, 100% fruit juices, smoothies (fresh/frozen fruit and/or vegetable), protein shakes, fat burning shakes, weight loss shakes, and healthy food items such as sandwiches, wraps, paninis, breakfast items, and salads. A minimum of three offerings per category is required. Services encompass all basic restaurant functions, including menu planning, subsistence ordering, receiving, storing, food preparation, service for dine-in and take-away, and cleanup. Success will be measured by both financial results and customer satisfaction.
