Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the delivery, servicing, supervision, and removal of portable restroom facilities and related hygiene equipment for the Warriors Over the Wasatch 2026 Airshow at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB).

The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and disposal services for restroom and hygiene needs during the event. This includes delivery, setup, maintenance, pumping, restocking, monitoring, and removal of all units.

• Delivery & Setup: June 24, 2026

• Daily Service: June 26, 27, and 28, 2026

• Removal: Immediately following the final Airshow performance on June 28, 2026

• Final Pickup & Site Clearance: June 29, 2026

• Equipment:

  • 250 Standard Event Restrooms (each with hand sanitizer)
  • 12 ADA-Compliant Event Restrooms (each with hand sanitizer)
  • 40 Hand Washing Stations (each with soap and paper towels)
  • 5 Holding Tanks (250-gallon capacity each)
  • 2 10-Stall Comfort Stations (requires power and water hookups)

• Daily Servicing (two trips per day): Pumping, waste removal, restocking supplies, cleaning/sanitizing, ensuring ADA accessibility, and inspecting for damage.

• On-Site Support: One supervisor with a pump truck and a minimum of 4 personnel on foot for restocking.

• Disposal: Contractor is responsible for proper waste disposal according to regulations.

• Placement of units will be coordinated with Hill AFB event personnel for safety, security, and crowd-flow.

• All units must be clean, stocked, and operational at the start of each Airshow Day.

• ADA units must meet all accessibility requirements.

• Equipment must remain in safe, sanitary conditions throughout the event.

• Immediate response to service issues reported by event staff.
