Scope of Work
This requirement is for petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) services, including Smoke Oil, AvGas, and JetA fuel, along with aircraft engine oil, for civilian static aircraft. Key tasks include:
- Providing and delivering specified quantities of 100LL AvGas (750 Gallons), JetA (0 Gallons), W120 Aeroshell (13 Gallons), and Smoke Oil (24 x 55 Gallon barrels).
- Performing refueling and defueling of civilian static aircraft as requested.
- Establishing primary and alternate delivery methods for timely POL product delivery.
- Providing any and all types of aircraft engine oil requested.
- Coordinating with Hill AFB Operations Support Squadron/Airfield Management/Base Safety and Environmental for training, safety, and hazardous material handling.
- Coordinating with Hill AFB Airfield Management for parking and staging of refueling/defueling vehicles and equipment, including overnight parking.
- Providing all required safety and personal protective equipment.
- Establishing a system to ensure only authorized aircraft receive fuel/oil and to record all POL transactions.
- Ensuring operators/employees attend the Flight Line Safety Training Class.
- Each POL dispensing vehicle must have a 75th Fuels Management Flight 2F0X1 Fuels Specialist assigned to ride along.
