Statement of Work (SOW)

To acquire a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid (AWD) research vehicle to support DOT/NHTSA-sponsored full-vehicle simulation and fuel economy research.

• Supply a firm, fixed-price new or low-mileage 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid AWD.

• Facilitate local delivery to Argonne National Laboratory (Lemont, IL) at the lowest technically acceptable price.

• Make and Model: 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid

• Options/Trims: Mandatory All Wheel Drive (AWD), specifically Trail Sport or Sport Touring trims.

• Mileage: New vehicle, low accumulated mileage acceptable.

• Color/Interior: No preference.

• Tires: Factory Standard.

• Insurance: Vehicle covered under Argonne's general fleet liability insurance.

• Inspection: Argonne may request a vehicle review prior to final award.

• Proximity: Contractor should be located within 200 miles of Lemont, IL 60439.

• Delivery: As soon as reasonably possible, with a preference for the end of April.

• Location: Argonne Welcome Center Northgate, 9700 S. Cass Ave., Building 951/952, Lemont, IL 60439.

• Payment: NET15 terms via Paymode (ACH/EFT). Argonne is Tax Exempt for Illinois.

• Documentation: Manufacturer's Statement of Origin, odometer statement, window sticker, recall-free verification, and base warranty registration details.

• Property: Title for the vehicle will be in the name of the Department of Energy.

• Exclusions: Argonne will not accept additional warranties, aftermarket accessories, or add-ons.
