• Arrange for the overland delivery of 1,300 gallons of Jet-A fuel to the Ikpikpuk fuel tank.

• Ensure the contractor possesses the necessary permits for overland travel within the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A).

• Adhere to all best management practices and stipulations outlined in the permits.

• Complete the delivery before the close of the winter overland travel season, typically by April 15.

• 1,300 gallons of filtered Jet-A fuel, suitable for helicopter use, delivered to the BLM Ikpikpuk Fuel tank.

• Delivery must occur during the 2025/2026 winter season, prior to April 15.
