Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive ticketing, parking, traffic management, and logistics services for the 2026 Charleston Airshow, ensuring safe and efficient operations, effective attendance regulation, timely customer information dissemination, and a professional image.

• Ticketing Operations: Provide a ticketing portal for free base pass registration for May 2nd and 3rd, 2026. Support multiple pass types (general admission, premium, handicapped, staff, volunteer, concessionaire). Offer customer support via email/chat from contract award through May 3rd, 2026. Conduct communication campaigns (email/text) for event details. Manage a database of attendee information and provide real-time data access to the Airshow committee.

• Parking, Traffic, and Logistics Operations: Develop and execute a comprehensive Event Logistics Plan (ELP), with a draft due March 1st, 2026, and final approval by April 1st, 2026. Manage traffic control, coordinate with local authorities and security forces, and ensure efficient egress during peak traffic times (aiming for 90-minute exit time). Mark parking areas, manage equipment placement (cones, signage), and coordinate with security for attendee screening.
