To provide metal detector equipment and related services for the 2026 Air Show at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.

• Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver, install, calibrate, power, train, tear down, and remove metal detector equipment.

• Delivery and set-up must be completed before 1200 on April 30, 2026.

• Pick-up of all equipment must be completed by 1800 on May 3, 2026.

• Prepare and maintain sites to ensure units are stabilized and accessible.

• Perform inspection, setup, and correction of any equipment deficiencies.

• BLUE LOT ECP: 20 Walkthrough Metal Detectors, 20 Handheld Wands, 20 Floor Mats, 42 Divesting Bowls.

• RED LOT ECP: 20 Walkthrough Metal Detectors, 20 Handheld Wands, 20 Floor Mats, 42 Divesting Bowls.

• HOUSING ECP: 2 Walkthrough Metal Detectors, 2 Handheld Wands, 2 Floor Mats, 6 Divesting Bowls.

• DV ECP (Boeing Lot): 5 Handheld Wands, 10 Divesting Bowls.

• Location: Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina

• Equipment defects must be repaired or replaced on the same day, or within 24 hours, to ensure availability.

• Contractor personnel must comply with Federal Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

• Contractor must obtain base identification and vehicle passes for personnel requiring frequent access.

• Contractor is responsible for any damage to Government property caused by their employees.

• Government will provide tents, A/C power, and metal-free flat surfaces.
