- An optional 2,500 seedlings during the same October period.

- Pricing: Offerors must provide pricing in the "LaGrande Planting Project" spreadsheet, including quantity price discounts and prompt payment discounts.
- Technical Acceptability: Rated "acceptable" or "unacceptable" based on meeting requirements and demonstrating understanding of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Detailed explanations of approach are required.
- Offer Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days from the offer due date.
