Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials for the rental, setup, and removal of specific tents:
- One (1) 40ft x 80ft Command Tent (clear-span with sidewalls, on grass)
- One (1) 40ft x 75ft STEM Tent (clear-span with sidewalls, on grass)
- Three (3) 15ft x 30ft Security Tents (high frame, no sidewalls, for metal detectors, on concrete)
- One (1) 40ft x 135ft FSS Sponsor Tent (frame, no sidewalls, on grass)
Additional responsibilities include providing weight ballasts (concrete or water) for tents on concrete, and anchors with coordinated dig permits for tents on grass. Tent designs must be tasteful, avoiding a carnival-like appearance, and pictures of quoted tents are required for approval.
