Submission & Evaluation
This is an intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), as Eli Group has been determined to be the sole provider. These submissions will be evaluated solely to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. The Government retains discretion regarding the decision to compete this effort.
