• Terms & Conditions: Quotes must include a statement accepting the terms and conditions or list any exceptions.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering price and other factors such as Delivery, Warranty, and Extended Service.
