This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued.

This acquisition is Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS is 336612. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The government proposes to solicit from the attached requirement.
Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System Award Management at www.SAM.gov.
This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Commercial Products Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable methodology. Evaluation Process: The quote will be evaluated to determine technical acceptability and a fair and reasonable price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management. Evaluation factors in decending order of value: 1. Delivery 2. Condition of item 3. Price.
United States Coast Guard Forces Rio Grande is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to provide and deliver one to three (1-3) airboats with trailers. The first to be delivered within 45 days of award. If more than one vessel is ordered, then follow-on deliveries will occur every 30 days for the remaining boats. The Coast Guard may award to multiple vendors a quantity between 1-3 vessels to ensure timelines are met. See attached requirement.
It is mandatory to examine the requirement and become familiar with conditions under which the items will be procured. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting production.
