- Indoor Air Handler: Nominal 20 TON (240,000 BTU/h), 5HP motor, 230V, 60HZ, 3 Phase. Must deliver a minimum airflow of 8,000 CFM, include a multi-row DX cooling coil, and a belt-driven fan system.
- Heating Capability: An integrated or compatible electric heat kit with a capacity of approximately 20 kW is required, specifically a commercial heat element kit for a 20 TON Air Handler, 208/230V, 3 Phase, 60HZ.
