Evaluation

Award will be made on a best value basis to a responsible small business vendor. Evaluation factors, in order of importance, are: Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price. Vendors must demonstrate a clear understanding, a technically sound approach, a realistic implementation plan, and a comprehensive training plan. Special Requirements

Contractor personnel must obtain base identification and vehicle passes, undergo background checks (NCI), and adhere to installation security policies. Re-wiring requires coordination with the Contracting Officer. Proposals must include manufacturer's data, catalog cuts, or other required information, and a written statement certifying the project does not require or install equipment with Class I Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs). Vendors must complete necessary fill-ins and certifications using the System for Award Management (SAM).
