Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install an audiovisual system, sound support, and provide initial set-up and training in Building 1169, Room 120 at McConnell AFB, Kansas.

• The contractor shall furnish all audiovisual system components, sound support equipment, and provide initial set-up and training.

• All equipment, personnel, labor, supervision, material, tools, and transportation are the contractor's responsibility.

• The contractor will dispose of all packaging material.

• The government will provide all required electrical work.

• Motorized tensioned projection screen (87" x 139")

• High-brightness laser projector with compatible lens

• Heavy-duty ceiling projector mount with extension column

• HDMI presentation switcher and receiver

• Network-based AV control processor with integrated DSP

• Seven-inch touchscreen control panel

• Managed PoE network switch

• Dual-channel wireless microphone receiver with handheld and bodypack transmitters

• Two-bay battery charging station for microphones

• Two-channel 70V audio power amplifier

• Lavalier microphone

• Pendant ceiling loudspeakers

• Floor-standing equipment rack enclosure

• Rack-mounted single gang device panel, power distribution unit, accessory drawer, and blank panels

• All specified equipment is approximate; equivalent alternatives are acceptable if DISA-approved.

• Work to be performed in Building 1169, Room 120.

• Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Wing down days, and Federal Holidays.

• Contractor personnel must obtain base identification and vehicle passes.

• Background checks (NCI) are required for all personnel.

• Contractor personnel must adhere to installation security policies.

• Re-wiring requires coordination with the Contracting Officer.

• A one-day training session for up to five personnel is required, covering system overview, touch panel operation, and programming adjustments.

• The contractor shall provide drawing diagrams.

• Waste, rubble, and trash must be disposed of off-base.

• All commercial warranties must be passed on to the government.

• Proposals must include manufacturer's data, catalog cuts, or other required information.

• A written statement certifying the project does not require or install equipment with Class I Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs) must be submitted.

• Equipment specified is approximate; equivalent alternatives may be submitted if they are DISA-approved and routed to the Contracting Officer for evaluation.

• Quotations will be rated as ACCEPTABLE or UNACCEPTABLE.

• Vendors must complete necessary fill-ins and certifications using the System for Award Management (SAM).
