Scope of Work
The anticipated requirement involves comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and load testing for government-owned forklifts. Services include:
- Annual safety inspections and load testing (100% rated capacity).
- Repairs to OEM standards, initiated by task orders.
- Post-repair inspections.
- Provision of all necessary parts, supplies, and materials.
- Development and execution of a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program based on OEM recommendations.
- Corrective Maintenance (CM) services with defined response times (2-hour acknowledgment, 24-hour diagnostic for routine, 4-hour for mission-critical).
- Maintaining a minimum operational readiness rate of 95% for the forklift fleet.
