Scope of Work

- Minimum laden speed of 13 knots.
- Maximum length overall (LOA) not to exceed 825 feet (251.4 meters).
- Maximum laden draft not to exceed 33.8 feet (10.3 meters).

Submission & Evaluation

Large business offerors must include a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Evaluation will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable offers, considering the charter hire rate, fuel price, and other pricing elements. Fuel consumption will be evaluated based on 23 days underway laden, 0 days underway ballast, and 8 days in port idle. Technical capability will be assessed based on Part I, DRYTIME Boxes 1 through 6. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions.
