GSAfleet.gov Account Information
Participation requires a GSAfleet.gov account. Vehicle supplier accounts are created by GSA. Two essential forms are attached:
- GSAfleet.gov Vendor Company Request Form: Required to establish a company account. It collects vendor name, UEI, addresses, contact info, supplier type, store type, makes, and email addresses for notifications.
- GSAfleet.gov User Account Request Form: Used to create individual user accounts within the company profile. It requires vendor name, UEI, user names, emails, and designates vendor managers. At least one vendor manager is required per company account.
