Submission & Evaluation
Participation is open to existing contractors and new offerors. All bid, proposal, and contract administration activities are managed through GSAFleet.gov. New offerors must submit full proposal documents as outlined in the RFP (Sections F and G) and undergo a full evaluation for responsiveness, responsibility, and technical acceptability. Existing contractors update pricing and technical data. The Technical Exceptions Worksheet (TEW) is now completed via the Bid in GSAFleet.gov. Vendors are responsible for creating their bids within GSAFleet.gov.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Active SAM.gov registration is required.
- New vendors must register on GSAFleet.gov. This requires completing and submitting the "GSAfleet.gov Vendor Company Request Form" and the "GSAfleet.gov User Account Request Form" (attached to the notice).
- At least one vendor manager is required for GSAFleet.gov company accounts.
