• Vendors must update pricing and technical data for new model years and specifications.

• New models not previously awarded can be proposed.

• Submissions are governed by the 2027 Federal Vehicle Standard 807AI.

• Commercially available vehicles only.

• New offerors must submit full proposal documents as outlined in the RFP (Sections F and G).

• The "Open Season Periods" section of the contract/solicitation details the annual process.

• Vendor Pre-Bid Intentions: March 30 - May 15

• Open Season Notice: May 11

• Open Season Industry Day: May 20

• Open Season Round 1 Start Date: May 26, 2026

• Open Season Round 1 Close Date: July 30, 2026

• Open Season Round 2: August 31 - October 2

• Open Season Round 3: October 22 - November 12

• Ordering open in GSAFleet.gov: December 14

• Bids are managed through the GSAFleet.gov Bid Management module.

• Pricing, clarifications, conflicts, and shipment timing (max 500 days ARO) are entered into GSAFleet.gov.

• Technical Exceptions Worksheet (TEW) is now completed via Bid in GSAFleet.gov.

• New proposals will undergo a full evaluation for responsiveness, responsibility, and technical acceptability.

• Open to existing contractors and new offerors.

• New vendors must register on GSAFleet.gov and submit required forms.

• SAM.gov registration must be active.

• GSAFleet.gov is the primary platform for all bid, proposal, and contract administration activities.

• Vendors are responsible for creating their bids within GSAFleet.gov; no bid template will be provided.

• Make/model proposals should be submitted during Pre-Bid Intentions for early review.

• Helpful resources include GSA.gov, GSAFleet.gov, and Acquisition.gov.

• Vendor Name
• Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
• Physical and Payment Street Addresses (including City, State, Country)
• Vendor Contact Information (Phone, Fax, Website, Point of Contact Name, Email, Phone)
• Type of Supplier (Dealer - Reseller, Original Equipment Manufacturer)
• Vendor Store Type (Corporate, Dealership, Franchise, Independent)
• Vendor Makes (e.g., Ford, Nissan, Jeep, Chevrolet)
• Email addresses for Certificate of Origin Notifications
• Email addresses for Order Transmission
• Vendor Administrator Name, Email, and Phone
