Scope of Work
The requirement involves the procurement and installation of a surround sound system in the HPTC, located next to Building #91650 at Hurlburt Field, FL. Key tasks include:
- Installation of eight (8) loudspeakers and three (3) subwoofers.
- Installation of two (2) amplifiers, a digital sound processor (DSP), and a Bluetooth wall plate.
- Provision and connection of all audio signal cabling, with proper labeling.
- Configuration of the DSP for system routing, crossover settings, and output assignments.
- Configuration of amplifier channel assignments and gain structure, including system limiting parameters.
- Verification of Bluetooth wall plate functionality and audio connection.
- Comprehensive testing and commissioning of all system components.
- Basic system tuning for balanced coverage and tonal performance.
- Conducting a brief walkthrough for client staff on system operation and power procedures. A one-year warranty for maintenance and replacement parts on all new equipment is required, starting from the government's acceptance.
