Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install a surround sound system in the Human Performance Training Center (HPTC) at Building #91650, 23rd Special Tactics Squadron, Hurlburt Field, FL.

• Provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, and accessories for the installation.

• Purchase and install specified surround sound equipment, including Danley GO2-8CX loudspeakers, Danley TH212 subwoofers, Danley DNA10k4PRO amplifiers, and Atlas IED AZM4 DSP and Bluetooth wall plates.

• Install and secure all equipment, including mounting loudspeakers and subwoofers, installing amplifiers in a wall rack, and mounting the DSP and Bluetooth wall plate.

• Provide all required audio signal cabling and wiring, ensuring all installed cabling is labeled at termination points.

• Configure the DSP for system routing, crossover settings, and amplifier channel assignments.

• Test and commission all system components, including power-up, operation verification, and basic system tuning.

• Provide a walkthrough demonstrating Bluetooth wall plate operation and explain basic system power-on/off procedures.

• The installed system must be fully operational.

• DSP configuration must be loaded and saved.

• Cabling must be labeled, and signal flow documented.

• A one-year warranty on all new equipment and replacement parts is required, starting from the government's acceptance of the project.

• The contractor must be able to act upon requests for technical support within 48 hours of initial end-user request.

• The installation will take place at the Human Performance Training Center (HPTC) next to Building #91650, 23rd Special Tactics Squadron, Hurlburt Field AFB, FL 32544.

• Contractor must comply with all base security requirements, including base pass and personnel security clearance.

• Contractor must obtain base identification and vehicle passes for personnel performing work.

• Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition on the installation.

• A Contractor Employee Listing must be completed for employees to gain installation access.

• The 23 STS will provide a host escort for contractors during the installation.
