This document outlines the requirements for the procurement of two adaptive vehicles to support the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) Driver Rehabilitation Program at the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RMR VAMC) in Aurora, CO.
