Key technical equipment includes a 3-Bay Decontamination Sink, STERIS Washers, Ultrasonic Cleaner, Pass-Thru Window, Prep-and-Pack Tables, Steam Sterilizers, Steam Generators, V-Pro maX VHP Low Temperature Sterilizer, and an RO/DI Water System. The trailer must meet federal, state, and local safety regulations, healthcare infection prevention standards, and include independent HVAC, HEPA-filtered airflow, and environmental controls. The contractor will be responsible for on-site setup, operational testing, and staff training, along with providing a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty and consultant support for transition and workflow planning. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Offers must be submitted via email to victor.oliveros@va.gov on the enclosed SF 1449. The offer packet must include the SF 1449 (with vendor information, SAM UEI, acknowledgement of amendments, schedule of supplies with manufacturer/model, delivery schedule), a Certificate of Compliance of Supplies and Products (VAAR 852.219-78), and Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (FAR 52.212-3). Offerors must be authorized dealers/distributors/resellers for the proposed equipment and submit an OEM authorization letter dated no more than 90 days prior to submission. Evaluation will be based on the lowest price that meets all requirements.
