This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply, issued as a Request for Offers (RFO) by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the provision of five (5) new, commercially manufactured 53-foot enclosed dry van semi-trailers. These trailers are needed for stationary or semi-stationary storage at the North Florida / South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS) to support facility operations, project staging, and the protection of Government-owned equipment and materials.

• Five (5) new, 53-foot enclosed dry van semi-trailers.

• Trailers must be suitable for long-term storage, weather-tight, and capable of loading/unloading from docks of varying heights.

• Mandatory requirement for a rear roll-up door (swing doors are not acceptable).

• Trailers must retain full roadworthy capability for relocation.

• Delivery to three specific locations within 30 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
