Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure four (4) fully operational mobile surveillance trailer systems for the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System (GLAHCS) VA Police Service. These systems are needed to address surveillance coverage gaps in outdoor perimeters, parking structures, encampment response zones, and construction areas, thereby enhancing the VA Police Service's ability to monitor high-priority areas, respond to incidents, and protect personnel and property.

• Procurement and Delivery: The contractor shall provide four (4) mobile surveillance trailer systems, specifically the Mobile Pro Systems Commander 3400 or an equal, configured with specified components including masts, battery packs, solar power systems, generators, cameras (fixed and PTZ), audio, lighting, and networking equipment.
