Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for producing, developing, organizing, and managing the logistics for audio, lighting, pipe and drape, and video camera setup. Key deliverables and requirements include:

  • Audio: Digital consoles, PA system (Line Array), front/out/side/drum fill, in-ear monitoring, wireless systems, microphones, communication systems, and a Front of House Audio Engineer. Consultation with a certified professional sound engineer is required.
  • Backline: Drum kit, guitar/bass amplifiers, 88-key keyboards, stands, and stage fans.
  • Lighting: Control console, various fixtures (moving heads, washes, spots), followspots, atmospherics, lasers, lighting network, rigging, and experienced operators/technicians. Special effects lighting for ceiling projection is also required.

  • Power Supply: A 125 Kva generator with feeder cable and fire extinguishers.
