Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform repairs and service modifications on six (6) original manufacturer-owned 30m reels for the NSWC PHD.

• Change Order: Perform modifications on six (6) 30m reels (WK-34-7243RL).

• Provide all labor, material, equipment, and services for the modification.

• Lengthen the pigtail cable of each reel to a total length of 45m.

• Stamp each reel with a unique serial number.

• Ensure each reel functions with sensors in nine different connection configurations as defined by lab testing at NSWC PHD.

• Diagrams for connection configurations are included in the contract documents.

• If modifications do not meet specifications, reels will be returned to the contractor at their expense for correction.

• Contractor will verify reel functionality through quality assurance testing and provide a report.

• NSWC PHD will perform acceptance testing.

• Location of Work: Vendor's location at 2045 Bennett Road Philadelphia, PA 19116-3019.

• Modified six (6) 45m reels to be packed, crated, and prepared for shipment by the Contractor according to ASTM D3951(series).
