This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure the lease of one (1) electric scissor lift with a 26ft platform height. The government is seeking to supplement its inventory of owned scissor lifts to meet operational demands at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.

• Lease of one (1) electric scissor lift with a 26ft platform height.

• Minimum lift capacity of 500 lbs.

• Solid tires.

• Crane liftable capability.

• Services include leasing, transportation, inspection, maintenance, and emergency repair.

• Contractor must provide a maintenance-free battery and inspect/replace hoses and belts.

• Vehicles must be tested operationally and inspected upon delivery and pickup.

• Manufacturer's operation manual must be provided.

• Scheduled maintenance must be performed in accordance with manufacturer standards.

• Replacement vehicle must be provided within 24 hours for unscheduled repairs.

• Inoperative or unsafe vehicles must be replaced upon notification.

• Manufacturer's technical representative or ASME certified mechanic must respond on-site within 8 hours for repairs.

• Contractor must coordinate scheduled pickup of the vehicle at the end of the performance period.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: 6 April 2026 - 10 August 2026.

• Delivery Location: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton WA 98314.

• Business Size Standard: $40 Million.

• Deadline for Quote Submission: Monday, March 30, 2026, 9:30 AM (Pacific Time).

• Offerors shall complete the line item pricing structure and may provide a company-formatted quote.

• The contract price includes all applicable Federal, state, and local taxes and duties.

• Evaluation criteria are outlined in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items (NOV 2021)).

• Offerors must meet all technical criteria to be considered technically acceptable for award.

• This acquisition is a set-aside for Small Business.

• This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
