Submission & Evaluation

While capability statements will be considered, the Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract is at its sole discretion. Information received will primarily be used to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12 procedures. Payment will be made via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), and inspection/acceptance will be at Destination (Crane, IN). Vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments to this solicitation.
