• The "FLCPS SRF 001 FLCPS_SRF_NOTICE_TO_OFFERORS" clause has been modified.

• The deadline for proposal submissions has been extended to April 28, 2026.

• The extension is intended to allow vendors additional time to obtain drawings.

• Questions regarding the solicitation are due three days prior to the new closing date (April 25, 2026) and should be emailed to Kyle Singleton.

• The purpose of this extension is to allow interested vendors time to obtain necessary drawings for material prior to providing quotes and to register for access to the drawing repository.

• Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form: Response Due Date and Time.

• FLCPS SRF 001 FLCPS_SRF_NOTICE_TO_OFFERORS clause has been modified to reflect the new due date and to provide updated information regarding drawings.

• The deadline for submitting quotes has been extended to 22 Apr 2026.

• Vendors are advised to register for access to the Naval Ships Engineering Drawing Repository (NSEDR) to obtain drawings required for pricing their bids.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of a GANGWAY BROW, MANUAL RETRACTING, 48" WIDE. The government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price contract.

• The primary deliverable is one (1) "GANGWAY BROW, MANUAL RETRACTING, 48" WIDE" as specified by DWG-SID 8970258.

• Requirements include compliance with DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, which mandates the provision of DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

• Packaging and marking must adhere to ASTM-D-3951 (most current edition) and specific requirements outlined in Section D, including prohibitions on certain packing materials and requirements for heat treatment of non-manufactured wood.

• Shipments must be via fully traceable commercial freight. The government will arrange and pay for transportation for this FOB Origin procurement.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery Date is 31 Jul 2026.

• Offer Due Date: 17 Apr 2026, 12:00 PM Local Time.

• Questions Deadline: 3 days prior to solicitation closing date, to be submitted via email to Kyle Singleton (Kyle.x.singleton.mil@us.navy.mil).

• Evaluation Factors: The most advantageous offer will be selected based on technical factors (including delivery date), price, and past performance, in no order of relative importance.

• Submission Instructions: Offerors must provide specific company information including name, CAGE code, email, phone number, and company size. Registration in the SAM system is mandatory for award.

• Invoices will be submitted via WAWF (Wide Area WorkFlow).

• This acquisition is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS.

• NAICS Code: 333618, Size Standard: 1500.

• Offerors must note any exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, or specifications. Failure to do so will be considered as taking no exception.

• A single award will be made for all items. Quotes for less than the entire effort may be deemed unacceptable.
