Evaluation
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Sikorsky as the Only One Responsible Source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Responses from other sources will be considered to determine if competition is feasible, but a determination not to compete is solely at the Government's discretion.
