Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for meals, lodging, training, and facilities for cadets and cadre attending the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Buffalo-26 from June 3, 2026, to June 27, 2026.

• Provide meals, lodging, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and transportation for 110 cadets and 18 cadre.

• Support training activities including Canoeing, High & Low Confidence Courses, Leadership Reaction Course, Obstacle Course, Rappel Tower, and Land Navigation.

• Contractor to attend a resource working group on June 3, 2026, for coordination.
