- Lodging: Dorm-style accommodations (separate for males and females) for 100 cadets and 15 cadre, including twin beds/bunks, towels, washcloths, blankets, and linens.
- Training Facilities: One headquarters classroom with Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and power outlets for administrative functions (minimum 10 cadre), and three specialized training classrooms (Cyber Security, Homeland Security Lab, Gaming Lab), each capable of seating 25-30 cadets.
- STEM Trainers: Provision of six trainers for STEM activities.
- Utilities: Continuous access to potable drinking water and adherence to utility conservation practices.
