Scope of Work

- Develop and deliver curriculum covering leadership development, health and wellness, resiliency, and fitness, incorporating Army programs like H2F, suicide prevention, and SHARP.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation using formal critiques and the Kirkpatrick Four Level evaluation format.
- Submit biographies and certification details of training personnel, and a comprehensive final course report.
- Implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
