Event Details & Purpose
The B.O.L.T. Industry Days are designed to foster collaboration, teaming, and networking opportunities between Edwards AFB and potential industry partners. The event will provide an overview of upcoming projects and mission areas, specifically targeting a wide range of contractors including:
- Construction: Paint, Demolition, Abatement, HVAC, Electrical (including High Voltage), Paving, Plumbing, and Specialty Contractors.
- Services: Grounds Maintenance, Flooring, Fire Alarm Systems, Spills and Scheduled Cleanup, Elevator Maintenance, Propane, and Underground Storage.
Logistics & Registration
- Dates: April 08-09, 2026 (with recommended travel days of April 07 and 10).
- Location: Edwards AFB, CA, Building 5620 Airmen & Family Readiness Center.
- Registration Deadline: March 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Registration Process: Interested parties must email both Stephanie Holland (stephanie.holland@us.af.mil) and SSgt Brashad Erskine (brashad.erskine@us.af.mil). A DoD Safe link will then be provided for submission of a Visitor Control Center Form, which is mandatory for base access.
- Base Access Requirements: The Visitor Control Center Form requires personal and identification information. A Real ID is necessary for base access; alternatives include a current Driver's License with a Passport, or a current Driver's License with an Original Birth Certificate AND Social Security Card.
- Important Notes: Virtual attendance is not permitted, and foreign participation is not authorized. While SAM registration is not required for event participation, it is essential for future contract proposals.
