Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must complete Blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 of Standard Form 1449. Quotes must be valid for 60 calendar days. Award will be made to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer is considered most advantageous to the Government, based on past performance, price, and ability to deliver items as per specifications and time/delivery requirements. Evaluation factors other than cost/price are significantly more important than cost/price, but cost/price will contribute substantially to the decision. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.

This is a 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) with their offer. Representations and certifications must be completed.
