Scope of Work
The requirement is for two new, not refurbished, 3Φ Power Supply Test Systems with support equipment. The first system (18kVA) shall be capable of supplying DC, 1Φ, and 3Φ power from DC to 5kHz (sinusoidal, square wave, arbitrary waveform) and require a single 480V/3Φ delta hard-wired disconnect. The second system (1kVA) shall have similar power capabilities and require a standard 120V/1Φ 20A outlet.
Both systems must meet specific salient characteristics including:
- Accuracy of at least 0.15%.
- Distortion no more than 0.3% at 50/60Hz and 1% above.
- Power factor no less than 0.98.
- Resolution no less than 0.1V.
- NIST Traceable and ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates.
- All necessary cables, sub-equipment, and accessories.
- Wheeled frame for easy movement, fitting through standard commercial double doors (approx. 83”H x 70”W).
- Operating manual and an offer for optional extended warranty/multi-year service contract.
Required Upgrades and Accessories (Brand Name or Equal):
- GPIB, Ethernet, USB Interfaces.
- Two Windows 11 PCs with peripherals, software, and permanent licenses for system control.
- Eight hours of on-site training and setup.
