Response & Evaluation

However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Responses received within 45 days (or 30 days if under an existing BOA) of publication will be considered. The Government's determination not to compete is solely at its discretion, and information received will be used to assess the feasibility of a competitive procurement.

The Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) for this solicitation based on market research. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
