- CLIN 0002: Comprehensive operator, safety, and routine maintenance training for designated government personnel, including hands-on instruction and reference materials. The contractor must ensure proper alignment, anchoring, and operational performance, complying with all federal, state, local codes, manufacturer specifications, and AFOSH safety standards. Coordination for deliveries (72-hour advance notice) and pre-approved base access for all personnel are required.

Evaluation Factors

Offerors must submit a technical narrative (maximum 20 pages, including Attachment 4 DD 254) to demonstrate technical capability. The lowest priced offeror's technical capability will be evaluated first; if deemed unacceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be considered. Special Requirement: Offerors must provide proof of two (2) personnel cleared by Security Forces available to start by the required date, including their full legal name, phone number, and email address.
