This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits offers for the one-time sale of used vehicles located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering 16 vehicles for sale on an "all or none" basis.

• Vehicles: 16 used vehicles, specifically "2020 MAXUS T60 4X4 CREW CAB PICK UP" models.

• Condition: All vehicles were driven to the site, are operable, and contain a minimum amount of fuel. Some may have cosmetic issues (paint defects, dents, rust, interior wear, broken consoles). Batteries may need replacement.

• Removal: Purchasers are responsible for all material handling equipment (MHE) and labor for removal. Removal must occur within 21 calendar days after customs clearance.

• Inspection: Physical inspection is not authorized, but photographs are available upon request with a 48-hour notice.

• Sale Type: One-Time Sale, Sealed Bid.

• Payment: Full payment is due prior to removal. Acceptable payment methods include EFT, Bank Account (ACH), or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, American Express). Credit card transactions are limited to $24,999.99.

• Performance Period: 21 calendar days after customs approval for removal.

• Offer Closing: April 20, 2026, 1:00 p.m. EST.

• Submission: Bids must be submitted by email to dla.sales@dla.mil.

• Bid Forms: Bidders must use SF114 and SF114A forms.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible bidder with the highest priced responsive bid.

• Responsibility: Bidders must demonstrate the ability to remove all items. Pre-award surveys will be conducted for the apparent high bidder.

• No specific set-aside is mentioned.

• Bidders must not be officially indebted to the Government and must not be excluded from Federal programs.

• Base access requirements must be obtained by the apparent high bidder or their agent.

• The sale is subject to various FAR provisions and Sale by Reference (SBR) terms and conditions.

• Purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable Host Nation, state, and local laws and regulations, including export control laws.
