Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will consider past performance in the evaluation of offers, in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2). Offerors must provide proof of prior approval, satisfactory production, or test data for qualification. Quality conformance inspection and approval are required, with contractor testing per MIL-DTL-17931F Table VI and Government verification inspection at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division.
